Honda Acura NSX will be the guardian of the Pikes Peak race

Honda - Every year, thousands of people flocked came to an area at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, United States. Their arrival to witness the event at the world's most thrilling racing, Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.

Pikes Peak was first held in 1916. The path that is used has a length of about 20 kilometers, comprising 156 bends and uphill with the average angle of  7,2 degrees.

The starting point of the race began on a public road crossing at the foot of the mountain. The height between the starting point by point final trajectory is 1,440 metres. This race is considered one of the most prestigious races, because the vehicle manufacturer can show off the full capabilities of their cars.

This year, Honda had the honor to lead the race, which will be held this weekend. Don't want to waste the opportunity, Honda won their most recent supercar, Acura NSX, which has just exhibited some time ago.

Served as the pace car or guards the course of the race, Acura NSX will be in the order of most front, guiding cars other racing circuit. The presence of the pace car is required at each race, to check the condition of the circuit at the same time ensuring that all participants of the race car ready to compete.
